Before returning any material, the customer must fill out this form requesting permission to return the materials.

Adel system will reply giving an RMA code, only for material accepted. Material without evidence of RMA on shipping documents will be rejected by ADELsystem.

Defective products during warranty period have to be shipped to ADELsystem at customer cost. The period of warranty depend on the Type. After analysis of the defect and if covered by the warranty terms, products will be repaired or replaced. Shipment costs to the Customer after repair are at ADEL’s costs (except if ADEL joins the products to a normal delivery to Customer).
