Information on data processing

pursuant to art. 13 – 14 of the GDPR 2016/679
and of D. gls n.101 of 10th August 2018

1. PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

the processing of personal data is carried out for purposes related to the establishment and carrying out of commercial / contractual relationships with the Company to which you belong, and in particular for:

1. fulfillment of contractual obligations;
2. legal obligations related to civil, fiscal and accounting regulations, as well as deriving from community regulations and provisions;
3. financial and credit purposes, as well as credit control and protection;
4. assumption of pre-contractual information, directly and / or through appointed agencies;
5. commercial and functional purposes of the writer’s activity relating to goods / services you usually purchase;
6. promotional activity relating to goods / services offered by the writer, and different from the previous point.

The data processed will be those relating to the Company you are part of (company name, registered office address, operational headquarters address, VAT number, Fiscal Code, telephone number, fax number, generic e-mail address, etc.), but also those relating to you (name and surname, direct telephone number, company mobile number, name email, etc.). This information is necessary for the processing of the latter.

2. METHOD OF TREATMENT

The personal data in question may be processed through paper, IT and telematic tools, with the use of security measures to ensure the confidentiality of the person to whom the data refers and to avoid undue access to third parties or unauthorized personnel. In any case, the processing of your personal data will take place in accordance with the law according to principles of lawfulness and correctness and in order to protect your privacy.

3. NATURE OF DATA CONFERENCE

The provision of data is mandatory for all legal and contractual obligations. Any partial or total refusal to provide the mandatory data will make it impossible to establish or further develop any relationship with you; in the case of optional data, there will be no negative consequences, except for the impossibility of managing the appropriate information in the relations between the parties.

4. COMMUNICATION OF DATA

The personal data relating to the processing in question may be communicated by the writer, solely for reasons connected with the aforementioned purposes, to:

Commercial Agents, Suppliers, Customers, External Deposits and Freight Forwarders, Consultants, Banks and Credit Institutions, Public Administrations, Debt Collection Companies, Commercial Information Companies, Factoring Companies, Insurance Companies, Professional Firms (Legal and Commercial), Data processing company, Auditing company.

5. DIFFUSION OF DATA

The personal data processed, in any way, will be brought to the attention of indeterminate subjects.

6. TRANSFER ABROAD

The personal data processed will not be transferred abroad, within or outside the European Union.

7. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

You have the right to:

• propose a complaint to a supervisory authority (Article 13-14 of the GDPR 2016/679);

• know which personal data are processed by the writer, their origin, purpose and method of processing (art. 15 GDPR 2016/679);

• submit a request for rectification to the Data Controller (Article 16 of the GDPR 2016/679);

• submit a request for cancellation (right to be forgotten) of the data managed by the Data Controller (Article 17 of the GDPR 2016/679);

• submit a request for treatment limitation (Article 18 of the GDPR 2016/679);

• submit a request for opposition in cases where the processing falls within what is defined in art. 21 GDPR 2016/679.

8. DURATION OF THE TREATMENT

The treatment will last no longer than necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected.

However, if the interested party deems, for any reason, the purpose of the processing to be exhausted, he must give written notice to the Data Controller indicated below, who will take action for the immediate cancellation of the information.

10.RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA PROTECTION

The figure of Data Protection Officer (DPO) has not been identified as the writer does not process data that fall within the categories defined by art. 37 European Regulation 2016/679.
